At Freiheit Care Inc. we provide professional, RN-led home care for Canadian Veterans living with physical injuries, chronic conditions, operational stress injuries, and complex health needs.

Registered Provider for Veterans Home Care

Freiheit Care Inc. is a registered provider with Medavie Blue Cross for applicable federal programs. Eligible veterans may receive home care services through VAC programs. Our team can also help clarify eligibility and next steps.

We are able to provide eligible home care services and submit direct billing to Medavie Blue Cross for approved services.

For questions about eligibility or coverage, Veterans are encouraged to speak with their case manager or Medavie Blue Cross directly.
