Staff Credentials
Every caregiver on our team meets defined standards before being matched with a client:
- Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) are licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Personal Support Workers (PSWs) hold recognized PSW certification.
- All caregivers are insured, bonded, and undergo background checks, including a Vulnerable Sector Check where applicable, along with reference verification and an in-person interview before joining our team.
Insurance and Bonding
Freiheit Care Inc. carries commercial general liability insurance, and all caregivers are bonded, so families can be confident in the professionalism and accountability of everyone who enters their home.
